Photo: Keystone Drive reopens nearly two years after Yeager slide

After nearly two years buried beneath rock and earth, Charleston's Keystone Drive has reopened to local traffic. The March 2015 landslide, which shoved down about 540,000 cubic yards of earth from Yeager Airport's engineered safety-overrun area, cost the airport more than $4.1 million to clean up. The West Virginia Department of Transportation laid a base road of gravel.
