Dispatchers at Kanawha Metro 911 say an electrical tower fell on two men in the Loudendale area of Kanawha State Forest around 3 p.m. Monday.
Dispatchers did not have information on the status of the two men who were struck by the tower, but said that they were contracted workers who were trying to tear the tower down.
Firefighters from Loudendale, Davis Creek and Malden volunteer fire departments were sent to the scene.
The two men were taken to a local hospital.
