All branches of the Putnam County Library will be closing today at noon. The library will remain closed on Saturday and Sunday.
The Charleston Town Center mall is closed. Operational plans for the weekend will be announced later today.
Marshall University will be closed today. This applies to all campuses and centers and includes university offices. The university is scheduled to reopen with normal operations on Monday, Jan. 25.
West Virginia State University's campus is closed and classes are canceled. Online classes will continue as normal.
The Clay Center is closed today, and the "Ready Jet Go!" Expo Family Fun Day set for Saturday, Jan. 23, has been rescheduled for Saturday, Feb. 6 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Putnam Public Service District office will close at noon. Maintenance staff will be on-call and the water plant is operating normally.
Prestera Center is closing its offices at noon Friday.
The YMCA of Kanawha Valley in Charleston is closed.
