A year ago Saturday, most of West Virginia was under a blanket of white that fell so fast major roads, businesses and, in some cases, entire towns, were shut down.
The picture a year later could not be more different, with temperatures expected to reach near 70 degrees in Charleston. Rain will move in, but temperatures will stay unseasonably warm in the low 60s with rain on Sunday, and in the low 50s with rain on Monday.
