The St. Albans Historical Society will have an open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at its museum, 404 Fourth Ave., St. Albans, adjacent to the historic C&O Depot. Bring old St. Albans photos to be scanned for their files and see hundreds of old St. Albans photographs, books and displays.
St. Albans Christmas Tour of Historic Homes is from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday beginning at the St. Albans Historical Society Building at 404 Fourth Ave. The tour includes seven properties. The fee is $8 for adults and students are free.
Kanawha Trail Club will sponsor a hike at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at Barboursville City Park. Carpool from the parking lot at the corner of Ohio Avenue and Randolph Street, across from post office. The hike is approximately four miles on easy to moderate trails with several steep ascents and descents.
Preceptor Alpha chapter of Beta Sigma Phi International Sorority will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at the home of Diane Domaschko at 1208 Shady Way, South Charleston. Domaschko will present her program after the business meeting. Service is tabs for Ronald McDonald House, containers for Manna Meal, and books/magazines for the VA clinic/hospital.
