Charleston Mayor Danny Jones speaks at Appalachian Power Park Thursday evening for the opening ceremonies for FestivALL 2016. Jones was joined at the podium by volunteers and FestivALL performers. Opening ceremonies kicked off with a baseball game at Power Park and a post-game concert featuring West Virginia indie rock band Ona and Tyler Childers, of Kentucky.
