Police are searching for a blue Ford F-150 truck with City of South Charleston plates and no other markings that was reported stolen Tuesday from the city's Sanitary Board.
South Charleston Detective C.A. Cook said Tuesday afternoon that the city's police patrol was looking for the truck. He said he didn't know anything about possible suspects and that no other officers were available to speak.
A Kanawha County Metro 911 dispatcher said the agency got a call from South Charleston police about the issue a little after 3:30 p.m. and Metro 911 put out a be-on-the-lookout notice to other police agencies. He said he had no information on the direction of travel.
