South Charleston High School officials on Thursday found a bed bug in the building, but no other bugs have been sighted and classes resumed Friday as normal.
Mark Milam, Kanawha County's assistant superintendent for high schools, said one bug was found Thursday and that the school was clear after searching on Friday.
While parents were permitted to check their children out of school, students weren't sent home Friday, Milam said.
