Stylists from the Teays Valley Church of God, along with stylists from S & R Salon in Teays Valley, formerly "A Cut Above," will offer free haircuts from 3 to 6 p.m. on Sunday at the salon to the first 50 people to register. To register, call 304-757-9222.
The Greater Huntington Park and Recreation District will celebrate Christmas in July beginning 7:30 p.m. July 8 at the New Ritter Park Shelter in Huntington. There is no charge. Arts, crafts and ornament-making will be featured while supplies last. An outdoor showing of Disney's "The Santa Clause!" will begin at 9 p.m. Concessions will be available for purchase.
