A 9-year-old was struck and killed by a vehicle Tuesday evening in Gallagher, according to a dispatcher.
The child was riding a bicycle when they were hit around 6:30 p.m. near the intersection of Paint Creek Road and Dark Hollow Road, a Kanawha Metro 911 dispatcher said.
West Virginia State Police are investigating the death.
