More than 200 people were without electricity after a car crashed into a utility pole on Charleston's West Side Sunday.
A Kanawha County dispatcher said a car crashed into the pole on Lee Street West on Sunday shortly after noon.
The incident caused 281 Appalachian Power customers to lose power in the area.
Crews from the power company were on the scene working to repair the pole around 4 p.m.
The Appalachian Power online outage map estimates power will be restored by 6:30 p.m.
No injuries were reported in the accident, the dispatcher said.
