One person was struck by a vehicle while trying to remove rocks from Campbells Creek Drive in Charleston Saturday morning, dispatchers say. The incident happened around 9:40 a.m. at 164 Campbells Creek Drive in front of the Dairy Winkle. A rock slide was reported there earlier, a Kanawha County Metro 911 dispatcher said.
The man was taken to a hospital with minor injuries, a dispatcher said.
The roadway was closed but has since reopened, according to an alert from Kanawha County Metro 911.
