Country singer Chris Stapleton has postponed multiple tour appearances over the next three weeks, including an upcoming stop in Charleston.
The concert, which was scheduled for June 15 at the Charleston Civic Center, has been postponed to a later date.
A post on Stapleton's website encourages people who purchased tickets for the show to hold on to their tickets, as they are trying to reschedule all dates. Charleston Civic Center Marketing Director Anna Campbell said there's no official statement yet on when the tour will be rescheduled. The Gazette-Mail reached out to a representative for Stapleton.
Concerts were also postponed in seven other cities nationwide, including three dates in California and one in Cincinnati. His appearance at the CMA Music Festival in Nashville has also been canceled.
